The Harvard community is pushing the Harvard Corporation to pull its investments from the biggest polluters and propagators of climate denial in the world: the fossil fuel industry.

After months of rallies, protests, and requests for meetings, Divest Harvard is taking Harvard to court. Why? In their words, "Harvard is directly funding an industry incompatible with real climate solutions. This dangerous investment constitutes a violation of its legal responsibilities."
